Abstract
Academic integrity is a crucial aspect of higher education that needs to be maintained and strengthened. However, academic violations such as plagiarism, cheating, and data manipulation are still frequently found in higher education institutions, including Buddhist Religious Colleges (PTKB). Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influenceemotional intelligence And self-controltowards students' academic integrity. This study used a quantitative method with a multiple regression approach. The population was all 375 undergraduate students at PTKB Banten Province, while the sample size was 200 students determined using a random sampling technique.cluster proportionate random samplingThe data collection techniques used were questionnaire distribution and literature study. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence And self-controlsimultaneously on academic integrity by 66.7%. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence betweenemotional intelligencetowards academic integrity by 68.4%. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence betweenself-controltowards academic integrity by 62.4%.Emotional intelligencethat students have are self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, whileself-controlincludes the ability to control impulses, self-discipline, and firmness of attitude. It was concluded that the higheremotional intelligenceand getting strongerself-controlstudents, the higher the academic integrity they have
